This year again our dog, Gus, a 13 year old cocker spaniel, travelled with us from Milan to Dubai. We decided to use Relocat once more as our experience last year had been really excellent and it was the right decision. Federico from Relocat was great. Very professional and so helpful. In addition this year it was tricky as I could only decide on departure dates last minute and Relocat had to find a boarding house for Gus for close to two weeks before travelling but again, they delivered with excellence! I knew I could trust them to find a great boarding house and they did. Thanks to Relocat, Gus’ travel went perfectly well and it was easier for us as well as we knew Gus would be well taken care of. Next year, we will definitly use Relocat again and I definitly recommend them to anyone traveling with their Pet. Big thanks to Federico and Stefano!

My dogs flew from Milan to Atlanta and the whole process went amazingly smoothly. Everything was on time with plenty of information. Everyone involved was very kind understanding and reassuring as I was stressing out about my fur children flying by themselves across the ocean.
Huge thanks to Relocat team, especially Federico and Jerry! Can’t recommend them enough, top notch.

Servizio ottimo e professionale. Relocat me ha aiutato a spostare 12 tartarughe dall'Italia all'America e sono arrivate tutte bene e sane. Il viaggio ha subito molteplici cambiamenti e la Relocat e' stata gentilissima nel gestire tutti i cambiamenti ed aiutarmi anche a tenere conto dei vari documenti necessari. Non avrei potuto fare questo trasloco senza di loro!

Buongiorno, vorrei ringraziare pubblicamente Stefano di Relocat, che ci ha seguito con tanta pazienza, per diversi mesi, per organizzare il viaggio del cane di un amico di famiglia, dal Canada in Italia. Non mi dilungo nei particolari, ma alla fine il trasferimento di Kenya non si è fatto, perché ha trovato una famiglia che l’ha adottata in Canada. Nonostante non sia mia abitudine fare recensioni, questa volta non posso farne a meno. Professionalmente Stefano è stato ineccepibile nel risolvere dubbi e trovare soluzioni, ma la cosa che mi ha più colpito è la sua umanità e gentilezza.
Si puo’ fare bene il proprio lavoro, ma si puo’ fare ancora meglio facendolo con amore. E così Stefano ha fatto. Grazie di cuore :D Nadia

Mi complimento con lo staff italiano di ReloCat - competenti, professionali e gentilissimi.
Federico mi ha rassicurata ad ogni passo, tenendosi in contatto costantamente sia prima che dopo il trasferimento dei miei due cani.
Ero particolarmente preoccupata per il loro viaggio - perché essendo cani presi dal canile, che prima avevano subito dei maltrattamenti quindi traumatizzati - tanto che non si facevano avvicinare da nessuno, avevano paura di tutto e di tutti. Il loro comportamento ha persuaso il veterinario di sconsigliare il trasporto all'estero, sarebbe stato troppo il trauma, e forse non sarebbero arrivati....... .... comunque dopo aver chiesto altri pareri mi sono convinta di provarci.
Con grande sollievo, confermo che sono arrivati sani e salvi, stressati sì ma contenti di vedermi.
Dal momento del ritiro - Jerry ha creato delle ottime condizioni - all'arrivo dell'aereo in Gran Bretagna Federico mi teneva sempre al corrente - inviandomi anche delle foto durante il loro soggiorno vicino all'aeroporto, rispondendo alle mie tante domande con pazienza infinita....... ReloCat, in Italia, per me è stata un'esperienza estremamente positiva - particolarmente con Federico - non finirò di ringraziarvi. Grazie, grazie, grazie.

Voglio ringraziare tutto lo staff di ReloCat, in particolar modo Stefano che ci ha seguito in questo nuovo percorso per noi super importante. Grazie a loro il nostro cane Loki è arrivato a Vancouver senza problemi. Stanco dal viaggio ma super felice di esserci riconciliati. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la disponibilità e la cura verso il nostro cane, eravamo aggiornati ogni giorno e vederlo in compagnia di persone che se ne prendevano cura per noi è stato confortante. É un servizio che consiglio vivamente se si vuole far affrontare al proprio animale un lungo viaggio. Grata di avervi conosciuti e condiviso questo momento così importante.

Moving two large dogs overseas for the first time, can be very daunting. I cannot thank Stefano and the team at Relocat enough for the wonderful services they provide. Relocat assisted me in getting them through customs in Rome and then transporting them to me in Vicenza. Stefano sent pictures and how they were doing along the way. Communication was extremely professional, empathetic and timely and Stefano ensured that we had all of the documents needed in place to ensure a smooth transition. My dogs arrived two hours sooner than what we expected! Grazie Stefano and Relocat for the great service you provide and taking such good care of my fur babies!
